I love this!! Synchrosicities are everywhere if you are open to seeing them. I am just starting to notice them, and I am more present in my day to day life because of this! Less autopilot!!

I used to do a morning ritual very similar to yours. I would say out loud, “I am thankful for living to see another sunrise and I will use this miracle to help everyone I can.” And it actually made things better. I was happier and more appreciative. I used to call it my morning mantra.
